Terms of Service

By accessing or using Domevia (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

The following terms have the meanings set out below:

• Service: The Domevia platform, including all web interfaces and associated features.
• User: Any individual who has been invited to and has registered an account on the Service.
• Condominium: A residential property managed through the Service.
• Administrator: A User with management or committee privileges who can manage other Users and condominium data.
• Content: Any data, text, documents, or information submitted by Users to the Service.

Access to the Service is by invitation only. When you receive an invitation and create your account, you agree that:

• Your account is created through an invitation from a condominium Administrator.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You will provide accurate and up-to-date information in your profile.

The Service is intended exclusively for the management and administration of condominiums.

Permitted uses:

• Managing work items, notices, documents, and contacts related to your condominium.
• Communicating with other condominium members through the platform's features.

Prohibited conduct:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or areas of the Service.
• Using the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Uploading malicious software, spam, or content that infringes on third-party rights.
• Interfering with the operation or security of the Service.

You retain ownership of all Content you submit to the Service. By submitting Content, you grant Domevia a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your condominium.

You are solely responsible for the Content you submit and represent that you have all necessary rights to share it.

Access to features and data within the Service is determined by your assigned role (owner or management). Administrators control role assignments and visibility settings. Domevia is not responsible for access decisions made by condominium Administrators.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Domevia does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Domevia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Domevia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Domevia's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you, if any, for use of the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Domevia and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, and documentation. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without prior written authorization.

This agreement may be terminated under the following circumstances:

• A condominium Administrator may remove your access at any time.
• Domevia may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that may harm the Service or other Users.
• You may request deletion of your account by contacting suporte@domevia.ai.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.

Domevia may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice within the application. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
